KFC usually has great fried chicken, and other locations are much better, but this one was overcrowded with limited seating, making it hard to enjoy the meal. Also, they didn’t have egg tarts, which was disappointing. Overall, KFC is good in other countries, but this location could use some improvements in space and menu availability.I've tried KFC many times already in different countries and I will always never get tired of their chicken. The staff who's cleaning here was very friendly and greet us in our local language which am impressed. The chicken are always the same except that I was a little disappointed that they don't served gravy sauce like other country but it's ok I think that's normal here. The place is quite small for a busy place in Mong Kok and Nathan Road.and place is also dirty and the tables wont get cleaned for a long time. We have to dine in same dirty table.
Quite average. The Spicy chicken is not spicy any more. And I wish that they have some seasoning, at least salt or butter, with the corn. The service is reasonably fast.
So I go to eat there many times, I'll share two of them. One time i went there they forgot to give me chicken in my rice meal. Another time i had to wait 35 minutes to get one order!!! I kept reminding the staff my burger was missing and it took me 3 different staff remember before one of them finally gave me my burger. There is almost always no space to sit and the tables are usually dirty. The food tastes fine.
It is on 1st floor which is second floor in American English. The entrance could be difficult to find. But at all it is good. They did not have any dessert in April 2025 when I visited. The chickens are amazing as they are finger licking good.
