Service is soooo slow. You order and wait at least 20 mins for your burger, at a fast food chain

Very slow service, especially for a fast food restaurant. Lukewarm and cold food. Prices aren't very friendly.

The food was OK, but I had to wait 25minutes for chicken bites which was included in my twister box.
