We had a wonderful family experience at Mena’s with our two children. The food is absolutely delicious and the best we ate in New Orleans. We were served by Myra who is absolutely fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. The portions are very good and the tastes are the best around. This food is so very good- do not pass up Mena’s! Thank you for the best experience!!

Just arrived in NOLA and was looking for a place close to the hotel we were staying at. Ordered chicken fried steak and hamburger streak and it was really good. Beignets were fresh, light and not too sweet which is perfect!! Our server Maira went above and beyond to make sure that my toddler got his food first. She offered him crackers while waiting for his grilled cheese which was really nice. It is definitely worth a visit!!

It’s a little place with big smiles. The food was phenomenal. The staff were super sweet. It was a most comfortable meal experience ever. Thank you Myra!

Tried Mena’s for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. My daughter ordered beignets with a hot chocolate for dippin (the secret to not getting choked on all the powdered sugar).

Sometimes travel takes you somewhere you weren't planning, and that's exactly what happened at Menas Palace. I originally came looking for another restaurant, but after the waitress explained it had been sold and hadn't yet been rebranded, I decided to stay since I was already seated. It turned out to be a happy surprise. The mushroom, cheese, and sausage omelet with a side of cheesy grits immediately caught my eye, and I'm always up for a good bowl of cheesy grits. The breakfast was delicious, hearty, and full of flavor. Menas Palace is a casual, Greek-owned diner right in the heart of the French Quarter. While the dining room isn't huge, it's spacious enough to comfortably navigate in my wheelchair, with plenty of turning room between tables. I had no trouble entering or being seated immediately. The waitress handled everything naturally and confidently, making it clear serving wheelchair users wasn't new to her, which always makes for a more relaxed experience. It may not have been the breakfast I originally set out to find, but it ended up being a tasty and accessible alternative that's worth keeping on the list. #MenasPalace #TysAdventures26 #NOLA #FrenchQuarter
