Tasty tacos oh my! We had the short rib variety and they did not disappoint. The meat was both flavorful and well shredded. A host of toppings including a wedge of time completed the ensemble of flavors.

I ordered the Coconut Pork tacos with plantains and chiles and a Strawberry Margarita. I asked for green salsa instead of red salsa, and they placed it on the side for me. The cashier was kind and friendly, and there was no line when I ordered, so it did not take long at all for them to make the tacos or the margarita.

Before you read this, I understand that I'm at the airport and I fully expect to pay more BUT 25 dollars for a burrito 🌯 is a little on the high side. Now if the burrito was flavorful, and tasty I wouldn't feel the way I do. It was not good, taste like they used some kind of sweet rice or something. Either way, yuck! They said it had guacamole in it, but before I stopped eating, I couldn't finish it, I didn't run into a bit of guacamole! Overall the next time I'm in this airport I'm going to run past that place like I was the Roadrunner being chased by Wile E. Coyote, lol!!

I’ll start with I absolutely love the Mister Oso in Boulder. The food in DIA is definitely a step down, but much better than 95% of airport food. However, the chips suck at this DIA location. Feels like an easy fix to elevate the food here.

I hate the Denver Airport, but everything positive I have to say about it is about this restaurant by gate C54. If I had the time, I'd come here even if my flight departed from an A gate. Of course prices are high - it's an airport - but I'd still pay them even if this wasn't in an airport. My favorite is the coconut pork tacos.
