O Happy Bay is an arty and eco-responsible restaurant, guesthouse, and surf club located in Imsouane, offering stunning beach and sunset views. It features a rooftop, terrace, and indoor seating, providing a balanced vibe combining good Moroccan food with a view of the magical surf waves.
Customers consistently praise O Happy Bay for its delicious food, friendly and attentive staff (like Othmane and manager Hakim), and spectacular views of the bay. It's considered one of the best food spots in Imsouane, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Many highlight the quality of breakfast and brunch items, though some note the evening buffet menu might not suit all preferences every night. It's also noted as pet-friendly.
O Happy Bay is part of a larger establishment that includes a guesthouse (@ohappystay) and a surf club, offering surf lessons for beginners and guiding for experts. The staff are local, learning English and French, and are praised for their service. While an article from March 2024 mentioned O Happy Bay in the context of demolitions in Imsouane, stating that it 'was' among the affected businesses, its active website and social media presence suggest continued operation.
The restaurant serves food and drinks all day. It is highly recommended for breakfast and brunch, with many customers visiting every morning. It's also a popular spot for lunch and dinner, especially to enjoy the sunset views.
