Gig and the team were great, really welcoming and clear instructions throughout. The market tour was brilliant, a lovely way to learn more about thai cooking and ingredients. We cooked different meals and they cater to allergies and intolerances too. They made the entire day fun, a great way to meet people as well.

I joined Jane’s market tour and cooking class, and it was a fantastic experience. The market tour was especially insightful—we learned a lot about Thai ingredients and how they’re used in authentic cooking. During the class, we prepared Tom Yum, Pad Thai, and red curry chicken, along with mango sticky rice. Everything was explained clearly, and we picked up plenty of useful tips. The best part? After each dish, we got to enjoy what we cooked—which made the whole experience even more fun and rewarding. I learned a lot, ate very well, and would highly recommend this class to anyone who loves Thai food!

We did the “favourite class” with the market tour and loved our experience. Gigi was our chef guide and was super helpful, encouraging and informative. The dishes were all super tasty, large portions and the ingredients were all good quality. Pad See Ew was the best! I can’t fault the experience and highly recommend! 🫶🏽 The only piece of feedback I would give is sharper knives! 😌

Excellent cooking class with tasty food! The market trip was well worth it and included some fruit tasting and shopping. Making the food was the best part of it all. The mango sticky rice is also to die for! Great addition to your vacation if you’re looking to explore authentic Thai cuisine
