Raising Cane’S

Excellent, friendly service. Food is fantastic and made fresh! Lot of food in the "Box Combo"! Coleslaw not too bad. Easy exit from parking lot to main road. New modern location. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great experience at Cane’s thanks to Skyler. From the moment we walked in, Skyler went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their hospitality, positive attitude, and attention to customers truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone who creates such a warm and inviting atmosphere while making sure everything runs smoothly. Excellent customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Thank you, Skyler, for making our visit such an enjoyable one!

I recently visited Raising Cane's in Willoughby and was incredibly impressed with the entire experience. During my visit, the restaurant was dealing with technical difficulties and did not have Wi-Fi, which caused orders to move slower than normal. Despite the challenges, the staff remained professional, polite, and focused on providing excellent customer service. Every team member I interacted with maintained a positive attitude, communicated clearly with guests, and worked hard to keep things moving as efficiently as possible. It would have been easy for frustration to show during such a difficult situation, but the crew handled the adversity with patience, teamwork, and genuine care for their customers. What stood out most was how respectful and apologetic everyone was while continuing to serve guests with a smile. The team demonstrated great character and commitment to customer service under pressure. Challenges happen, but it's how a team responds that makes the difference, and the Willoughby Raising Cane's staff absolutely delivered. Great job to the entire crew for turning a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. I will definitely be back!

It was okaaay, sufficient for filling a stomach at 10pm. The chicken fingers were the only good part because they're juicy, but otherwise are unremarkable except for being bland. Otherwise the food is inexpensive basic carbs with the tiniest container of sugary coleslaw. For food based on a reggae theme, it would be prudent and consistent to carry that theme further, like add *some* Jamaican seasoning - just some, a little bit! Something more than the bare minimum salted chicken, buttered bread, and fries. And play something beyond basic US country, ffs. How about actual REGGAE?!

Tried to go through drive through to order a caniac combo and the guy who took our order did not give us our total and said it would be given at the 1st window and when we pulled up to the 1st window the girl there did not know our total, she expected us to just give her payment. And when we ask for our total she said hold a second and tried asking for our total over the head set. It truly worried us that she who was supposed to be taking our payment did not know our total. So we left and did not pay or get our food and had to go somewhere else for our food
