This service was absolutely ridiculous. I visit this location occasionally, but I’ve never encountered such poor service like this morning. I ordered an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso, specifying four pumps of brown sugar syrup, one pump of Horchata syrup, a light caramel drizzle, and caramel crunch on top. However, my drink was slightly off, and I had to repeat myself multiple times to get it right and it was still wrong. To make matters worse, I also ordered a double smoked bacon sandwich with sriracha, but it was forgotten inside the bag. I had to ask for it before I left. The service was appalling, and there was no apology for the long wait or any other issues.
I’m currently in the area for a work deployment due to a hail storm, and this Starbucks Coffee location has truly become part of my daily routine. I visit every morning, and the experience is consistently exceptional.
The entire team is incredibly welcoming, and the small touches like the encouraging notes on my cups really go a long way in setting a positive tone for my day. The ambiance is clean, calm, and uplifting, which makes it the perfect start before heading into work.
What stands out most is how the staff takes their time to explain menu items and offer thoughtful, personalized recommendations. Because of them, I’ve stepped outside of my usual “go-to” orders and discovered new favorites I wouldn’t have tried otherwise.
This team genuinely cares about their customers, and it shows in every interaction. I truly appreciate the consistency, kindness, and effort they put in each day.
Utterly absurd how slow this service was! I am not typically one to complain. 30+ minutes for 4 cars. We don’t care if you only have 2 people working. Cars that want coffee want in and out. When you make a drive thru lane that literally traps you in it needs to be quicker. If you cannot hire staff to service, you need to close it down or shut down early. We were trapped and have young kids who cannot wait 30+ minutes for a cup of coffee only being a few cars back. Unacceptable.
The fact I even had to come on here and leave a bad review I’m pissed. On my birthday eve I just wanted my drink the way I wanted no directions were followed in making my order and the service was super slow. The hiring anybody took the cash register.im ready for Ai bots
Arrr, Starbucks be a cozy harbor for weary sailors in need of a warm mug! I hoisted a chai tea latte, rich with spice and smooth as calm seas at dawn, perfectly balanced and comfortin’ from first sip to last. The crew be quick and friendly, the port be clean and invitin’, and it’s a fine place to rest yer boots or grab a drink to-go before sailin’ onward. A reliable stop for caffeine and calm alike. Five parrots out of five! 🦜🦜🦜🦜🦜 — From the strangest reviewer in the seas, warmed by spice and cheer!
