Great service. The restaurant owner is super nice and very welcoming. We visited late at night and truly appreciated the warm welcome and excellent service from our the server. We ordered salad , steak , meatball dish and desert.
Chicken Marsala. The chicken was tender and the sauce was tangy. The potatoes cakes were soft.
Service was slow.ut was an hour before we got our appetizer of fish and chips. Fish was over fried and chips were soggy.
Atmosphere was good. Kinda artsy and there was a live band playing.
Certainly a place to chill if not in a rush.
Went for the Ravioli, left with inspiration. Something about this place feels like home to those who are searching for a bit of magic in Santa Barbara. Enjoy the art, feel the energy, embrace the intentional ingredients and preparation. There is more than meets the eyes here. Thank you Roy (and Rhonda) for providing the experience. I could have taken better photos of the food and somehow the best Ravioli of my lifetime didn’t even make it to the photo, but Roy and I look fly 😎😎
My partner and I have lived in SB for years and finally decided to try this place. We walked in on a very busy Saturday night with live music from a fantastic band. We were informed that it was reservation only this particular night which made sense as it was completely packed. We decided to wait and see if a spot at the bar or high top opened up. While waiting, the owner himself Roy came up to us and asked if we needed anything while we waited. Definitely worth the wait! We sat at a high top, had dinner and drinks, and listened to an amazing live performance from a couple and their daughter who came up to sing. It made for a truly special night for my me and my date. We even got some history about the restaurant from the owner himself. Amazing place, just bummed we slept on this place for so long.
Came here for a bachelorette dinner, food was overpriced and not very flavorful. People were staring at our group in a very uncomfortable way, our server took a very long time and didn't check on us at all. The overall experience was weird and I would not go back.
