We arrived as a couple to celebrate a birthday. We ordered a premium double burger, waited 45 minutes! In the meantime we received salads and cold bread! By the time the meat arrived, it was completely raw, they put it back on the grill but it ruined the whole taste and experience! Really disappointing!

I arrived on Saturday night with my wife I asked if it was open, they said yes, but you can't order from the entire menu because they didn't have everything, I said okay, I sat down, I ordered entrecote and my wife liver, my entrecote arrived completely burnt and dry, and my wife's entire liver arrived with blood, after several times we asked for it to be replaced, the owner came and said that's what we have, we of course chose not to eat and the chips, hummus and mushrooms from a can, etc. that we ordered were also not to our satisfaction, in the end we paid the full bill of about 350 NIS and even more with the tip and left the restaurant hungry and went to eat shawarma to our hearts content. Shocking service from the owner, do not recommend.

I want to warn you against booking an event at this place We booked an event for 45 people + 10 reserve, the hall opened the reserve table without approval!! And then charged by table without our knowledge and contrary to what we agreed (payment by person)!!! We chased them for a contract until the day of the event and in the end we didn't get it at all!! The starters were missing and not everything that was agreed on the menu came out, not all the types of meat that we agreed on came out, desserts didn't come out *at all* due to a delay in preparing the meat!! Then they shamelessly made a "discount" on the dishes but charged 13 more people than came, claiming it was by table - and that's how they actually got the same price! (We didn't ask to open a reserve at all and asked to set up 5 tables and not 6 but the event manager set up 6 despite the request!!) The tables weren't set up at the time of the event, my guests had to help set up the hall!!!! Shame and disgrace! The event managers and the owner lie and say things that didn't happen! Disgraceful and disrespectful behavior, lack of response and endless lies from the entire management!! Just a daylight robbery to stay away like fire! If there were 0 stars they would get 0, not even a one star level. Shame
