received my food from door dash and when going through my order the honey mustard dip I ordered didn't arrive, my girlfriend's burger tasted like the cheese and pickles were going bad and she felt like the beef tasted off and possibly undercooked. we ended having to throw out her meal. I spent good amount of money totalling over 40 dollars, and i feel like a free meal or my money back should be honored and offered.

Chicken fingers and root beer were fine but sweet potato fries were cold and hard as if they just dipped them in the fryer, had to air fry them as of they were store bought frozen sweet potato fries, pretty disappointed. Just read some reviews on here as well, seems like they are trying to get people very sick with pink uncooked burgers, just doesn't seem like they know how to cook a lot of things. People need to be restrained on cook times and everything you dont want a lawsuit or something if someone gets super sick. If it takes a few days to a week to get everyone up to speed, do it! The customers you you guys will be better for it.

Food is good. Just feel bad for the night shift guy, working his butt off by himself. Get someone down to help this guy pls!

I once had a tasting menu that cost more than my first car. And I am here to tell you, with complete sincerity, that nothing has ever hit the way this A&W did on a Wednesday evening when we needed it most. Let me set the scene. My group had just been unceremoniously ejected from the establishment across the street humiliated, hungry, and bewildered after committing the unforgivable crime of… not carrying ID to a restaurant where we explicitly said we wouldn’t be drinking. Our server there treated us like we had knocked over a display of fine china on the way out. We stood on the sidewalk, blinking into the evening like refugees from a war we didn’t start. And then bathed in golden light like a beacon sent from whatever deity watches over the hungry and wronged we saw it. A&W. We walked in and were immediately treated like human beings. Revolutionary.
