What An experience let me tell you! Michelle was all of the atmosphere and entertainment we needed. What an absolute Gem of an employee she is. Made our whole experience. She was chatting it up with every customer, playing with the kids, cleaning house, crackin jokes. What an absolute asset to the company. It was like coming into mommas house and she was there to take care of you! If we weren't just passing through we'd be beasties. Absolute must stop!
Food was delicious and super fresh as always! Thanks Michelle! ❤️

Stopped by this shake shack location on the way to Boston for lunch. I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews but this location was one of the best shake shack locations in CT i have ever been too. Food came in piping hot and was absolutely delicious. Restrooms were also clean to use.

Placed a DoorDash order. I ordered three items. Got the delivery in a sealed bag. One distinct item was missing. How hard is it to read items on your end in the store from a DoorDash order and make sure to verify each item your customer ordered is actually in the delivery bag? Also…. if I order a 10 piece chicken nuggets…. why don’t I get the ability to receive two sauces? Or… if I’m willing to even pay for a second sauce… why do you not have a section on your DoorDash menu where a customer can add additional sauces to their order for a fee? These are both common sense issues. Do better.

I was not greeted when I walked in, however I was being stared at me while I stood by the register, even then I was not acknowledged. I then figured out that I could order at the kiosk which was not what I wanted to do.
There was a delivery driver waiting ahead of me which wasn’t even acknowledged, he has to stand there for a while waving his phone.
At the same time, a few Caucasian patrons came in after which were all greeted on entry and had someone take their order immediately with a smile. That is when I started to feel the unwelcoming silence.
Waited about 12 minutes for 4 orders of chicken bites.
The dining room was clean to the eye and there was ample seating do those who dined in.
The nuggets were very breaded with minimal chicken. While eating the nuggets warm, we could taste the oiliness from all that soaked up in the breading. Once it cooled down, the breading starts to fall off the little piece of chicken.
The most interaction I had with the staff was when the very nice gentleman shouted my name when my order was ready.
