Shake Shack

Shake Shack recently added some awesome new BBQ sandwich items to the menu – a Smoky Classic BBQ chicken, a BBQ boneless baby back rib, and a Smoky Classic BBQ burger. I tried the BBQ and it was a flavor bomb with a fresh cooked double Angus burger, applewood smoked bacon, BBQ sauce, pickles, and crispy onions on a toasted potato bun. This is just one of many innovative burgers that Shake Shack offers. Many people say the food is overpriced as the cost of beef, labor and everything else you can name has virtually doubled in the past few years. Business is down at Shake Shack and the stock price is down over 60% in the past two years as an increasing number of customers simply can’t afford to eat there. A shack double burger, a shake and fries comes out close to $30 making it unaffordable for many people. For the first time Shake Shack has offers of a free regular burger with the purchase of a full-sized burger, a deal I can’t pass up on. Although the price is steep, the burgers are worth the price based on quality and variety. Shake Shack also has a large variety of shakes with new flavors constantly being offered. I tried the Key Lime Pie Shake and it was excellent in texture and taste. My only complaint was that shakes only come in one large size – hopefully they can offer a small shake in the future.

As soon as I walked in the store it was empty at lunch time in retro spect this was the first red flag . As I approached customer service the employee instead of helping me or saying hello just gave me a cold hard stare w his droopy dog eyes from a heavy night of drinking imho, I couldn't tell if he was homeless or he worked there because he was hyper focused on the garage can instead of me as a customer. Also when I asked him a question he act like I was bothering him and it was simply just me saying hi I ordered my food & I'm showing proof of purchase. The shake shack employee he didn't even care that I showed proof of a $85+ purchase, instead he just told me yeah it's over here next to another garbage can. I'm sorry are you not allowed to order this food in advance before you get to the restaurant because my $10 chocolate Dubai shake was completely melted the pistachios clogged the straw I couldn't even drink it through the straw. The french fries had no seasoning on them. The burgers were well done and I didn't even ask for them to be well done. This shake shack added mustard on a barbecue bacon burger without my permission I never asked for mustard on a bacon BBQ Burger. The chicken nuggets with trenched in oil. The entire meal was a nightmare did I mention it made me throw up I have to report this on I was food poisoning website too . Never again will I ever eat at Westport CT Shake Shack. They gave me a QR code to take a picture of to report how did we do. When I took a picture of it my children's mother went insane crashed out said that they have a army of hackers that will hack your bank account so I was unable to leave a negative review on there I didn't pay for the meal through their card.

Shake Shack Korean flavors meet Shake Shack classics 🇰🇷🍔🔥 Tried the Korean-inspired lineup at Shake Shack and it absolutely delivers. The K-Stack BBQ Burger brings the perfect combo of smoky, sweet, and savory with that bold Korean BBQ flavor layered over a juicy Shack burger. And the K-Stack Chicken Bites? Crispy, saucy, and dangerously snackable. Sweet heat, big flavor, and another solid stop for a quick bite. #ShakeShack #KoreanBBQ #BurgerTime #ChickenBites #foodexplorertribe

Food was ok. They didn’t have a lot of selections like many other ayce restaurants. The hibachi was the star of the show. The price was very reasonable for “off peak”. I spent $19 Overall, I may stop by again for dinner.

This was my first time every eating here. The restaurant is clean and well taken care of. We sat inside but they have a patio also. They had cartons on the TV for the family with small children. I thought it was a little pricey for the quality of food. I ordered the avocado chicken sandwich which had good flavor but the chicken is had was very thin and over cooked. The fries were over seasoned. I had to tap three fries on my tray before spying them in the ranch dressing. Maybe I just had higher expectations from the pictures on the website. I really wanted to like this place. My son said he has a better experience at a different location. I wish I had taken photos. I paid 21$ for a chicken sandwich, fries, and a coke. The staff was friendly they brought my son's food out first. About 5 minutes later I had to ask about mine. They quickly brought it out and apologized for the mix up.
