Smoked Room

I visited the restaurant “Smoked Room” in Dubai. It is known for earning a Michelin one-star rating just six months after opening, which is why I decided to go with high expectations. The restaurant only has counter seating, allowing you to watch the chefs work right in front of you, which creates a strong sense of immersion and connection with the cooking process. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with a refined and calm setting suited for adults. As for the food, the overall quality was consistently high, and basically every dish was delicious. The balance of flavors, cooking techniques, and use of aromas were well executed throughout the course. In addition, there were several dishes that were visually striking and clearly designed to be photogenic, making the experience enjoyable not only in taste but also visually. Overall, it is a restaurant that delivers more than just hype, and I think it is a solid choice for anyone in Dubai who values food quality and dining experience.

amazing experience had the tasting menu cant spoil it .. def. had a couple of fun dishes that were really impressive. just personal opinion not a fan of the wagyu

I loved the smokey vibes at the restaurant with its exclusive experience accommodating 14 guests. The 11 course menu was very delicious especially their dessert but didn’t enjoy their non-alcoholic pairings much. The staff were extremely friendly, funny and the chef, Jesus Lobato Suarez, who received the Young Chef Award at Michelin Guide Dubai 2024, made sure we enjoyed the experience! I highly recommend it but keep in mind, you will smell smokey after it!

One of the best restaurants in Middle East featuring an amazing menu by chef Dani Garcia. The place is welcoming and luxurious. The menu is incredible with one of the most amazing wine pairings I’ve seen. Long live smoked room, one of the best in the world.

This is a restaurant I've been interested in since I went to LEÑA Dubai. We came here after it got a star. The entrance is like a hideaway and it's exciting. There were only a few seats, but it was a special space. The moment you open the door, you are enveloped in the delicious aroma of smoke. All the food was delicious and beautiful to look at. It was great to enjoy the aroma of smoke, eat delicious food, and watch the fire burning. If I had to say one thing, I'd like to see a larger variety of wines. The customers are mostly mature adults, so you can enjoy your meal at your own pace. I would like to come again on a special day.
