Soboro Beer Bar & Restaurant

The best burger AND chicken sandwich ever!! Service was so friendly and nice! And the French fries are totally delicious and taste like REAL potatoes!! And the home made crunchy browny dessert was amazing!!

The staff was exactly PERFECT! They are very kind and helpfull.Especially i want to thank to Yorgos, he is the best!!! On the other hand i had a brooklyn burger and my wife had sour and sweet chicken bowl,we loved the food as well.

Had a beer and pita gyros plate. Good variety of beers and there was a good grill flavor in the gyrosmeat so no complaints

Our experience at this pub was completely unacceptable. Before the World Cup final, we went there to reserve a table for three people to watch the match. The owner told us to come back the following day and pay €90 to secure the reservation. When we returned the next day, he changed his mind and told us that reservations were no longer being accepted. On the day of the match, we arrived at the pub only to be told, in a raised and hostile tone, that there were no tables available because they had all been reserved. When we politely asked for an explanation, the owner’s behaviour became aggressive. He attempted to intimidate us and even tried to physically assault us, despite the fact that we were accompanied by a child. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The owner’s attitude was rude, aggressive and completely unprofessional. I understand that busy events can create pressure, but there is never any excuse for threatening customers, especially in front of a child. I would not recommend this pub to anyone. Respect for customers should be the minimum standard, and unfortunately that was completely lacking here.
