It was very nice, and the food was great. We ordered three mains and three starters and shared. The salmon and butter chicken were exceptional in my opinion, as well as the Chinese vegetables. A bit expensive, especially considering the sizes of the meals. I’m also eating gluten free, and they were able to accommodate me.

Taizu remains at the pinnacle of the Israeli culinary scene. == We visited as a group of four for a Friday lunch in January 2026, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. == The restaurant’s architecture is striking, offering a sophisticated atmosphere that is perfectly complemented by the energy of the large, open-window kitchen. Watching the precision in the kitchen adds a layer of theater to the meal. == The Highlights: == The Food: We explored a variety of Asian-inspired dishes, including five distinct appetizers that set a high bar for the meal. The raw fish dish was exceptionally fresh and well-balanced, and the sea shells (mollusks) were a standout in terms of flavor and preparation. == The Vibe: Elegant yet welcoming architecture. == The Service: Truly outstanding. The staff was attentive and professional, ensuring a seamless dining experience. == If you are looking for one of the best dining experiences in Israel, Taizu is a must. == Highly recommended.

At some point we returned a dish, and they put it back on another part of the table when we were not looking. In addition the waiters pushed to serve us more and more food, even after we said we are full. Not sure what the point of that was, the entire experience was very disappointing and I had to stay alert to make sure we are not being pushed extra dishes.

Taizu is a great place. We've been here for brunch, lunch, Indian Sunday dinners etc. and always had a wonderful time. The cuisine is Asian fusion and the food is fantastic. Service is impeccable. Prices are high, unfortunately, but not impossibly so.

Great atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and attentive service. I’ve been coming here every few years when visiting Israel, and it’s consistently an excellent experience. Perfect spot for couples or small groups (3–8 people). Our visits usually come out to about 250-350 ₪ per person.
