The employee working the deli was awesome! We were in a bit of a hurry, but she worked so fast we didn't even have to bring it up. She was very kind and made sure we had great portions. Overall it was a fantastic experience. 10/10 would come again.
Oh, and the food was pretty good too 😊
I'm going to give a BIG shout out to Logan this morning. I was looking for boxes that the website said we're in stock. No boxes on shelf Logan was walking by asked if he could help " I can try" this was said genuinely and with a smile. Went to the back found boxes and brought some out. This was some of the nicest customer service I've had.
Second shout out this morning goes to Carlos as he scanned my purchases.
Carlos had a smile on his face and in his voice. Interacted and just super personable.
Logan and Carlos thank you for the amazing customer service this morning!
My 19 year old daughter bought tires from the tire store and had them installed. 3 months and less than 1500 miles later the tire is coming apart and when my daughter went to have them look at it they completely blew her off. She left the store and on the way home blew the tire out. With all the tire options in and near Syracuse I would completely stay away from the Walmart because not only are they inexperienced but they can’t even warranty a tire that has a 50000 mile warranty and let her leave just to have it blow out. She was in danger and the people on the road was in danger because they don’t want to do the job that they are hired to do.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Carlos is 100% the best employee I've come across at this location. He's super friendly, has so much respect, and is full of life. I know if I had my own business, I'd hire this young man in a heartbeat. Thank you, Carlos, for making a difference in such a sad world. Keep bringing so much joy and happiness to the Syracuse Walmart; they're so lucky to have you. Never stop being yourself; you're absolutely the best. Give this young guy a good evaluation and a raise; you deserve more than a 5-star rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
the employees always act like it’s a bother when i ask them a question where an item is located, or that i’m stupid because i did not realise that the item was near me. i have experienced this mostly in the clothing section. i also work in customer service and would never treat a customer like they are dumb for asking a question. i am so sick of people in customer service having attitudes. like i get we all gotta earn money but where does being ornery get you
