I will not ever go back to this location. First lets start with the fact that at 8:30 pm the doors are locked. Second the drive thru is only accepting Door Dash orders. Thirdly when I asked at the window why. I was told when they are short of staff they lock the door early and only take Door Dash. I said that's crazy but okay. Can you tell me where another location was as I'm new to the area. She didn't even attempt to think about it, she was like no. I just shook my head a left. Listen you aren't happy with your job get one you enjoy. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING. When you are dealing with a consumer a little humility goes a long way. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
Manager was smoking a joint. Food took 15 minutes and order was repeated 9 times to each worker. Extremely dirty and disorganized. By far the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. Cold fries too. Wow.
First of all, I would like to give a shout out to the manager Tony! Wendy's opens up at 10:00 am and given how hot it was outside, and how exhausted I was after cycling just under 35 miles in the heat, Tony gave me an ice-cold free water bottle 10-20 minutes before opening, and allowed me and my friend to refill our water bottles and platypus's on our fourth day out on our NYC to Buffalo bikepacking tour. Tony should be given a raise! It is through people like him, that I have hope in humanity in seeing how strangers can be kind to one another without seeking anything in return. Kudos to you for that! Nothing but praise for the workers and service offered here.
Whoever they had making food at 2:15pm today needs a high five, they actually cared about the food they served and didnt half ass put it together. The guy manning drive through could have used a lesson in cheerful customer service; "good afternoon" "welcome to wendy's" "have a good evening" anything... but he did his job, he wasnt rude just straight to the point and it was the first time in a long time we were 100% happy with our meal, so im happy with em.
I am never going back to this Wendy’s. I placed an order online through their app and I waited at the drive-through for 30 minutes and no one said a word so I drove up to the window and I saw one worker there on his phone and I know that they were opened because they do not close until midnight and I got there around 8:30. Multiple cars got out of the drive-through behind me. I don’t even know how they’re getting any business when their workers do this.
