Customers highly praise the wide variety of food, especially the fresh seafood that can be hand-picked and cooked by a chef on the spot, as well as the grilled meats and diverse Asian options. The all-inclusive nature (food and drinks, no time limit) is a significant draw. The staff are generally described as welcoming and helpful, and the ambiance is considered pleasant. However, some feedback indicates limited and sometimes not-so-fresh options for vegans and vegetarians, with some advising vegans to avoid it. Hot dishes are occasionally described as having a 'Chinese fast food' style with limited variety, and dessert choices could be expanded.
