Finally, a long-awaited visit to Anju...and it was worth wait! Aside from mediocre (but perfectly fine) cocktails, the evening was an absolute hit from start to finish. The food was packed with flavor, creative, hot and timed well. The service was impeccable, and the ambience was delightful. Pictured: pork and kimchi dumplings, a rice cakes stir fry with bulgogi added, the fried branzino and then pork rib with kimchi fried rice. Everyone loved it, and I can't wait to return!

In New Orleans we have an amazing food scene but not quite the variety of cuisines as DC has, and limited options on good Korean restaurants. So we tried this spot while visiting DC. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. We decided to go with the feed me option and it was delicious, basically smaller options of almost everything on the menu. But still a lot of food and they come box it between courses. We really enjoyed our meal, the food and cocktails were amazing. Definitely recommend it!

Loved it! Amazing food, insanely friendly staff, and great vibes overall. Definitely recommend the fried rice and chikin (fried chicken)! Dumplings were very good as well. Some of the most amazing staff, huge thanks to our server Christina, our hostess and anyone else who checked in on us.

First time here as I heard great things about this place. Hard to get a reservation on the spot, even a week out. However I showed up at 5:00 when the doors opened and easily found a seat for one. Overall good food, only wish I was a bit hungrier - 7 o'clock is more ideal for a trial testing of their features. I am from Atlanta/Duluth area so we have exceptional Korean food, hands down!! Definitely worth another visit to try their Kimchi Jjigae. Wait service very pleasant.

Tried a bunch of items and I recommend the Galbi Ssam and lotus root side dish! Galbi Ssam is large and can be shareable but I would order this dish all for myself! The meat comes out rare/medium rare and I prefer more medium so I will ask for medium/well next time! I loved the garlic cloves it came with and the perilla leaves are always a yes when making ssam! Also recommend booking 1 day in advance to secure a spot upstairs!
