Chef Fatma (Restaurant)

Too expensive, a rip-off! For starters, this is not a restaurant!!! She is greasing the right palm so she can work without a permit. I can’t believe the price I paid for the portion I received. She charges 95 TND for “Borzgan”! The soup was ok, but I kept fishing out the whole dried mint leaves, that was a pain in the neck. You charge 95 TND and you can’t crush the dried mint leaves and you call yourself a chef!! The “Tandoori bread” as she calls it, is oven baked. The meat portion is too tiny for the price that I paid, probably 3 ounces of meat. The lemonade is too small, doesn’t quench your thirst from eating the carbs and the sugary broth. The water was absolutely tap water. The salad was too small with just lettuce and a a few tomato cubes and a lot of olives. So you charge 95 TND for that!! Come on! I appreciate the smile and the hospitality, but that’s a sheep in wolf’s clothing. FYI, I was seated 6 feet from the restroom, not pleasant seeing customers walk in and wash up and spit while I am eating. Literally, the restroom’s sliding door was open the whole time and even when occupied.
