We had a really nice dinner at CVI.CHE 105 Downtown. The food and drinks were good, but I especially want to mention our server, Yamile. She was so kind and welcoming from the beginning, and she made sure we were comfortable the whole time. She checked on us without rushing us and had a very friendly attitude. Her service made the experience feel much more enjoyable. Thank you, Yamile!
Our server Juan was incredible friendly. He explained the food to us comprehensively, which was a great help seeing as we had never had Peruvian cuisine.
The food was simply amazing. Peruvian food is a maximalist masterpiece of different flavors and aromas, and every dish here perfectly integrated the flavors. I especially recommend the ceviche, which is was rich, deep, and fruity.
Lastly, the decor was tasteful and detailed. This restaurant is a 10/10.
The ceviches were 🔥—super fresh and the flavors were on point at first, but after a few bites they kinda started tasting the same.
The rice risotto was top-notch, easily one of the best things we had.
The fish and steak were just okay. The steak was cooked well, but flavor-wise it was pretty mid—nothing that stood out.
The fried snapper was decent—crispy and would go well with a beer.
The octopus had good flavor, but my friend thought it was too chewy.
Overall, it was a great dining experience. Service was attentive and actually funny—shoutout to Luis, he made it fun. We had a really good time here
Highly recommended! CVI.CHE 105 gives an excellent experience. The food was amazing, the ceviche was delicious, with very tender and flavorful fish. The white wine was great and cold, the music was cool and funky.
David provided outstanding service: he was very kind, attentive, and quick. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived! I'm really happy with the whole experience.
I have been to CVI.CHE 105 multiple times, and let me tell you, this is one of the best restaurants in South Florida. It's the only restaurant where I do To-Gos, since both the appetizer and entree are filling.
The aura is classy, nightlife dinner. From the seats, the tables, the bag rack, I feel like I am eating amongst princes.
Lastly, staff are very caring and smooth. From constant check-ups, water refills, meal feedback, and seating. The attitude is huge for me. I can't eat at a place where I am not welcome.
I feel at home at CVI.CHE 105.
