Ecco St. Moritz

I’ve eaten at roughly 15 Michelin star restaurants… including multiple 3 star restaurants. This is the best. It is seriously amazing. I feel like some restaurants have flavor and some have presentation … Ecco has both. I can’t recommend it enough. This is a foodies paradise. I am shocked that Ecco doesn’t have 3 Michelin stars. It is worth every penny. Top 3 meal of my life.

I had a lovely experience at Ecco. The service was above and beyond and chef Rolf Fliegauf really blew my mind with his creative, flavorful bites.

Coming from Dubai's incredible dining scene, I had high expectations for St. Moritz, and Restaurant Ecco absolutely delivered! Chef Rolf Fliegauf's modern European cuisine is pure artistry - the venison with juniper and local herbs was cooked to absolute perfection, and the presentation rivals anything I've experienced in Dubai's top hotels. The wine pairing featuring Swiss vintages I'd never heard of was a revelation - who knew Switzerland made wine this good? The service was flawlessly European - attentive but never intrusive. At 180 CHF for the tasting menu, it's expensive even by my Dubai standards, but the quality justifies every franc. The mountain views from the dining room add an extra dimension you just can't get in the desert. This is world-class dining in an absolutely stunning setting!
