Honestly, one of the best if not THE BEST place to eat halal along Ao Nang beach if you are not looking for a restaurant or pub. We ate here on our first and last day :)
Run by a group of Muslim ladies who could be your big sister, mum, aunt, grandma...they have a pretty basic kitchen set-up but their menu is varied and the food comes hot and fresh. Very homestyle cooking and affordable, and the portions are generous. Average 150 to 200 baht per plate.
They have a small seating area but there are also benches by the pavement or the beach is just a few steps away. Don't miss!
If you are looking for authentic Thai food, this is the place to try. I highly recommend it. My friend and I stayed in Krabi for four days, and this was the first restaurant we tried. We felt great afterward and did not get sick, which made the experience even better. The mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious. The ladies who work there are very friendly and clearly amazing chefs. Two of them especially reminded me of my grandmother because of their warm, comforting vibes that made me feel right at home. They are happy to adjust the spice level if you prefer mild food. Even though they spoke very little English, they understood exactly what we wanted and made us feel very welcome.

The only Authentic Restaurant I found in the entire beach area.
I stopped because I saw them making the noodle dough, so I stopped and tried them.
Delicious. Fresh. Authentic.
Also the ladies where really nice to explain the difference between some noodles and after I ate they sent me home with a blessing.

Worst mango smoothie I've had in my life. She just cut one mango for 3 orders, added some syrup and boatloads of ice. It just tastes like water with some mango flavor. I asked her not to add so much ice. She pretended she didn't understand but when it came to payment she spoke fluent English.
