Prices at KFC vary noticeably from country to country and even within Italy, from North to South, there are differences in offers.
The atmosphere at this location was lovely, especially with the view over Piazza del Duomo. Sitting by the upstairs window is a fantastic idea! Service was excellent and friendly.
The only downside was that the place could have been a bit cleaner.

On March 10, 2026, around 4:30 PM, I had a very unpleasant experience after eating. I went to use the toilet on the first floor. The men’s toilet door was open, and the women’s toilet door was closed but not locked. When I opened the women’s toilet door, a male KFC employee was urinating inside. Although it was understandable to be startled, he calmly looked at me and continued urinating. After he left without saying anything, I entered the stall, only to find that the toilet seat was covered in his urine and completely unusable. I was extremely upset to encounter such an incident on my way to enjoy my burger. I am visiting Milan for the third time, and this is the first time I have experienced something so unpleasant like this. I wonder, does KFC hire anyone without consideration?
I WOULD LIKE TO ASK:
1. WHY would a male employee need to use the women’s toilet when the men’s toilet was fully functional?
2. WHY would he behave so abnormally and not even lock the door?
3. WHY did he urinate without lifting the toilet seat? It clearly seemed to be a deliberate and offensive act.
During the same time, there were two male employees on duty; the one involved was the taller one with black hair and short facial hair.
