Restaurant: Osteria Mozza
We hadn’t planned dinner and happened to walk by this beautiful, vintage-looking building that immediately caught our attention. Curious, we stepped inside and discovered Osteria Mozza—a stunning space with a great atmosphere and energy. We added our name to the waitlist and headed to the bar for a drink.
While waiting, I wandered through the market area and was pleasantly surprised to find many of my favorite Italian products—the kind I usually bring back from Italy—so it was a real treat to see them here.
Once seated, the experience only got better. Our waiter, MARCO, was exceptional. What was supposed to be a quick, simple meal turned into a full dining experience thanks to the passion and detail with which he described the menu. His recommendations were spot on, and we ended up trying a bit of everything—a salad, a pasta, and an entrée—all delicious.
Of course, he convinced us to finish with dessert (even though we were supposed to start a diet), and we’re very glad he did. The wine selection was also excellent—he guided us to a Sangiovese that paired perfectly with our meal.
This is definitely a place we’ll return to. Marco also strongly recommended the focaccia and the burrata bar, so we already have a great excuse for our next visit.
