Proof Pizza

​Located in a some converted factory in Bangsar with an enclave of restaurants in the same space. The restaurant is cozy, intimate, and small seating area inside. You can sit at the outdoor foyer area, which is actually quite nice and breezy. And you could order food from other restaurants. ​The sourdough base pizza was certainly worth the visit.

Went for the first time. We had pizza which was nice, but squid ink pasta was way too bland. I had to ask for olive oil and salt, made my original taste. Even I ask that, they did not ask anything about the taste, even I told them quite bland, they did not care. Price was quite expensive compared to the taste. Pizza was really nice, but will not return. Server was nice, but other guy was not so nice.

Made a reservation for a birthday celebration! Food was alright, overall pretty decent food. Ordered not in photo: posh truffle fries, mushroom soup in photo: land + sea risotto, spaghetti con vongole e capesante, umberian black truffle pizza What stood out the most was their posh truffle fries and land + sea risotto, taste of vongole spaghetti was on the subtle side, wished it had white wine taste to it. Waiter was a little bit blurry and forgetful, definitely wouldn't recommend if you want to surprise your friend with a cake, rather waited and taken it myself. Would suggest putting a ring/bell for the tables upstairs tables since it felt pretty hidden and often overlooked.

We had a large group who occupied the top section, was recommended this place for great pizzas, and it did not disappoint. The truffle bread was amazing, the sauces of the burrata dish and the prosciutto melon and fig dish were delicious. The pizzas were fluffy and well cooked, funghi and carne were our favourites. The staff was attentive to all our needs and always present. The whiskey salted caramel cake was a great end. Good selection of wines too. Sorry we made quite abit of noise, but what an amazing place for us to gather. Thank you Proof, highly recommend.
