RÿN Bentonville

My wife and I were able to experience Ryn for the first time last night to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary. Easily a top 3 best food experience in my life. The farm to table experience showcased an eloquent backdrop while one flavor bomb after another was delivered to our table. 12 courses in all. The sommelier wine pairing was worth the upgrade and proved to be a delightful enhancement to our experience. Lots of French wines. Lots of whites. Lots of profiles I would have never chosen on my own. Chef Matthew Cooper is a multi-year James Beard Award nominee and finalist. That recognition was blatantly obvious over the entire 2-1/2 hour experience. Half way through the meal, we were encouraged to pause and take a stroll through the "Sun Painted Farm" and gardens. The chefs on duty personally visited our table. The sommelier introduced some of the wines, himself. And yes, at least one selection was allocated. The servers were absolutely professional and studius, watching our every move in order to make our time with them more enjoyable. Our server, Nate, picked up on the fact that I usually prefer big, bold Napa Valley reds, and had the sommelier pair an additional Napa Valley wine with the Argentinian Cab Franc Malbec blend. The sommelier's Argentinian pick was better, although they were extremely similar. Wonderful gesture on his part. Before we left, we were gifted these miniature, personalized wax sealed bottles of kim chi salt. We can't wait to try it. What was most impressive was feeling the sense of genuine delight from the entire staff at seeing our faces light up with each serving. It is one thing to taste food. It is another to feel it. Ryn has found a way for you to do both throughout the entire experience and it starts with their staff the moment you walk in the door. Honestly, it was perfection. Very impressive. Highly recommend.

Book the table. Get the tasting menu. Find an excuse to celebrate if you have to. One of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Jace was very knowledgeable and a great representation of what Ryn is. The atmosphere, farm, food and staff are all top notch.

We went to dinner here last year for my husbands birthday and a year later are still talking about it. It is truly such an experience, with food that leaves your mouth watering. The service is out of this world and mid dinner you get to go on a nice walk out in their garden. If you’re wanting to go to a special restaurant that you will never forget, you need to go here.

The absolute best restaurant I’ve been to in NWA and one of the best meals I’ve had in a while. I loved the creativity of every dish, which were executed flawlessly. The wine pairings were perfect and the views are incredible. Highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

One of our finest dining experiences and I would say that best in NWA. We have been to a similar Michelin star experience in California and I will say Ryn’s experience is very comparable to a three star Michelin experience. Great food and great service. We had an 8 course menu and the chef and staff accommodated our dietary restrictions. We love it dine here again.
