It’s definitely more of a social/lounge experience than a casual dinner spot, and prices are on the higher side, but overall it’s a great choice for drinks, date nights, or special occasions in Nicosia.
Even though we had a reservation they told us we need to stand up because it rained and they didn’t have sits? I made my reservation around 4.30 in the afternoon and it started to rain at 11 in the morning. So, when I created the reservation they already knew they wouldn’t have sits for us. I would prefer to be informed before hand instead of learning (at the entrance) that I will need to stand up at the bar for the whole night. I think they need to be more considerate about reservations.
A waiter accidentally dropped our entire tray of drinks on me before it even reached the table, soaking me from head to toe and completely ruining my outfit. Accidents happen, and I completely understand that. However, the way the restaurant handled the situation was unacceptable.
Not a single member of staff showed any genuine concern or even checked if I was okay. They only cleaned the broken glass from the floor, leaving our table untouched. We then had to wait another 20 minutes for our replacement drinks, and they even came back asking what we had ordered instead of checking their system.
The worst part was when the waiter finally returned with our drinks and jokingly asked, “Who wants a second round?” after having just poured the first round all over me. It was incredibly rude and showed a complete lack of professionalism.
To make matters worse, when we asked for the bill, they thought offering only a small discount was enough to resolve the situation. The accident itself wasn’t the issue. It was the complete lack of empathy, accountability, and customer service that made this one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be returning.
One of the most beautiful spots in Nicosia. Right above Eleftheria Square with stunning views all around. The food was delicious, the cocktails were on point, and the service couldn’t have been better. Just a great atmosphere overall. 10/10 Flawless
