Overall, the ramen was fine for the price—acceptable taste, acceptable service, and acceptable atmosphere. However, I’m only giving one star because of the tipping issue. On the initial bill, the suggested tip percentage was calculated correctly, but when it came time to sign, the tip suggestion was drastically inflated—almost pushing me toward tipping 40-50%. This wasn’t just a simple computer glitch—it felt intentional, as if they were trapping customers. This kind of practice is unacceptable, and I cannot trust this restaurant. I urge others to be extremely cautious.
Stumbled upon while shopping at the local mall in Orland Park, IL. Ordered the Spicy Beef Ramen, Spicy Tonkostu Ramen, Tako Ball (4pc),Taro Milk tea & Thai Milk tea. The beef in the Ramen was delicious and tender! It wasn't overly spicy so the taste of each topping popped! The Tako balls have octopus in it and are served hot with sweet sauce. I recommend stopping by. The staff is very nice. It is clean. There is plenty of parking.
I had an amazing experience at wu’s ramen for the first time. The atmosphere was really calm and not hectic. I sat at my table then immediately greeted so kindly by my waitress, her name was dinda. She was very helpful and lovely. She payed attention to my order and even suggested me on what to get because I never been there before. And then I noted I can’t eat or have any type of pork even if it was just the broth. So she went out of her way to assure me it was beef. That was very good service. So my overall experience is 5 stars, I’ll definitely try here again.
I came in yesterday for lunch and I must say it was the best experience! I was having a long morning at work and kind of irritated when I got there. Then the server came over and changed my whole mood! She was so incredibly nice and engaged me in conversation. You could tell she is a real people person and really made me feel the most comfortable. I loved the seafood ramen I ordered but the real reason ill be coming back here is because of Dinda. She is amazing! So attentive and so friendly.
First time here and the ramen was really good! Great customer service and a nice atmosphere. I’d definitely come back. The only downside was the pop was flat—I like my pop crisp to go with the food. Other than that, everything was amazing!
