Mothership of a Bakey, a Boston based Israeli bakery chain. The best almond and chocolate babka anywhere!

Challah!! The tongs are quite small for the bread. A few seeds fell off when I try to put the challah into the paper bag, almost breaking my heart. As the aroma kept wafting into my nostrils, I couldn't help but take a few big bites as soon as I arrived at my hotel. With a natural sweetness from the wheat, the challah is soft and springy and tastes wonderful with the crunchy crust and seeds. Hope it’ll survive till tomorrow morning.

Is this really what bread for 30 shekels is supposed to look like? Dry, crumbly, with no buttery flavor at all – as if it was frozen after baking, then defrosted and put on the shelf. A huge disappointment. The country bread is just okay. Visited today

Really good bakery! I bought one thing and then went immediately back to the store to pick up a few more things! Everything I had was really good.

everything is delicious. very nice treat from the staff too.
