We enjoyed three meals here on our visit to Israel. Located in kikar Disingoff (a central fountain surrounded by restaurants) this restaurant serves contemporary food - sausages, pizzas, salads and drinks. It gets quite busy after 9pm. The salads were great. Food is well presented.
Great food, super quick service. Especially loved the salads - beet salad and the artichoke salad were my favorite. The portions were quite generous so if you are not too hungry, salads are great for sharing too. Chilled atmosphere, very nice place and view to the fountain.
I have already been to this bar few times, mail it to enjoy their super awesome happy hours but this time we heard that they also offer brunch and we had to try it on our day off. The croissant sandwich was really great, and I love the croc Madame as well. For dessert we took the pancake which was perfect as just as expected.
But definitely recommend to take the white sangria to go along with it for the true brunch experience :)
Also have to share that the service was very friendly and funny.
We were looking for a place to dine on Saturday evening and Beer Garden at Dizengoff Square in Tel-Aviv pulled our attention as it was very lively outside. There were tables outside but we decided to go inside the restaurant I felt right away that was the best choice for me. The AC wasn’t overpowering, the music was softly playing in the background and the ambiance overall was very inviting.
We sat on heavy wooden benches and started to familiarize ourselves with the menu. The menu had choices of various prepared veal and chicken sausages served with sauerkraut and mini pickles reminding us of German cuisine.
We ordered Chicago Munich veal sausage and Piquant veal sausage and to tell you honestly, it was so good I ordered it twice! The Piquant sausage was spicy enough to set your mouth through a subtle fire yet not to burn it. I also ordered Dunkel beer, but since I’m not a big drinker I asked for a little bit and I was served a very elegant 250 ML glass of cold smooth beer. I liked the menu description of it “Dark, unfiltered, fruity with a caramel twist and a subtle bitterness”. It was so good!
We liked the place very much. The restaurant lives up to its name as it feels like a garden inside especially with a big tree “growing” out of one if the tables. The service was quick and very attentive. We liked the atmosphere very much and just stayed there for awhile. We normally always have room for dessert, but this time around the sausages were so good and filled us to the brim, we skipped the sweets.
We top the evening off with a wonderful homemade New York cheesecake dessert accompanied by berries and butter streusel. The piece was big enough for two people to share.
I definitely recommend Beer Garden to anyone!
Beer themed eatery located next to Kikar Dizengoff. An obvious combination of beer and sausages that works well, along with a friendly service. For those who prefer something else, there are other options such as a brunch menu, pizzas and various refreshing cocktails.
Reasonable prices..
