Giraffe Ramat Hachayal

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to make me write one. The staff repeatedly ignored clear requests. We explicitly asked for certain ingredients not to be included in the sushi — they were included anyway. Coffee was ordered without milk / lactose-free, this was clearly stated, yet coffee with milk was brought more than once by different waiters. Orders were taken, written down, and still delivered incorrectly. At one point water was brought without glasses, which is a small detail but part of a larger pattern. It was obvious not only to me but to all guests that the service was careless and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and won’t be returning. I hope this feedback reaches management and helps them address the issues with their staff.

A great branch of Giraffe grill. Sushi was delicious as well as the sinta noodles. Sitting both outsie and out, very good service.

Tasty as always. For kids (like mine) eat Sushi ask for regular Maki not inside out.

The food is okay, but you can find much better options in Tel Aviv for the price a similar price.
