A very busy spot but even though there was a line out the door, we didn’t have to wait long to place our order: A sourdough sesame bun with butter and cheese (lovely in its simplicity; you can taste the good ingredients) A cardamom vanilla bun (soft, fluffy, tasty but it did not blow me away). Of generous size. Iced matcha latte that honestly shouldn’t be called matcha. It really just tasted like iced milk that happened to be green. Service was efficient but no more than that (not overly friendly). I suppose folks are just very busy trying to service the constant crowd. A few tiny benches are available on the storefront (sunshine in the afternoon) but space is limited. You’ll find public benches in front of the church opposite the street. Obviously- don’t go here for the drinks but definitely try out the bread and pastry. Their selection looked great and I would love to be able to try more.
