HEYTEA is a popular Chinese tea chain known for its innovative cheese tea and fruit tea creations. The Orchard Central location is a key spot in Singapore's vibrant shopping district.
Customers praise HEYTEA for its high-quality ingredients and delicious, well-balanced drinks, particularly the Triple Matcha and fruit-based options. The boba pearls are noted for their superior chewiness. Some recent reviews suggest a potential dip in quality or dilution compared to previous experiences at other outlets, though many still find the drinks satisfying. The lack of ample seating is a recurring minor complaint.

Likely busy during peak shopping hours, weekends, and evenings. Promotions and new openings can also draw significant crowds.
