We enjoyed the buffet. The quality of the food is worthy of 5 star. Seafood was fresh, especially the oysters and 🦀... I especially enjoyed the laksa. The broth was thick and has deep rich flavours. Pan seared fois gras melt in your mouth! Delicious!! Desserts section was colourful!
Food variety is just nice. Taste is good! Love the dessert section especially the brownie and local ones.
Dim sums are of great range but the skin of some dumplings are soggy / broken due to continuous steaming process.
The staff was friendly, attentive and nice.
Estate is honestly on another level and the best buffet I’ve had. In my experience, the quality is very high and it's money well spent. The white pepper slipper lobsters were the highlight for me, along with the lobster Thermidor. I also found the chilled Alaskan king crabs to be quite fresh and, unlike other places, they were not overly salty. The Wawa cabbage was surprisingly sweet and tasty, and the fried red snapper with mala sauce was well balanced. The scallop herbal soup was very flavorful and made for a great finish. Even the laksa broth was outstanding, quite lemak. I only had a little piece, but the foie gras tasted creamy and clean, paired nicely with the mandarin orange reduction.
While most of the the savory items were delightful , the Har Gow was placed in the steamer for too long and had broken skin. While some of the desserts and cakes were good, none of them were exceptional. Avoid the cherry stracciatella which had a medicinal taste; however, the strawberry and mango options were much better. Plates were also cleared promptly and the service is excellent. Overall, the quality of the restaurant makes it well worth the price.
There are a lot of different kinds of cuisines and you have more than enough choices. The food is high quality and most of them are really, really delicious. The service is also friendly and fast.
The ambiente is nice and classy, but a little bit confusing to walk around and find the different sections of the buffet.
One food section changes regularly. So even if you are a regular, you will always find something new.
Had an absolutely amazing dining experience at Estate inside Hilton Singapore Orchard.
The food selection was seriously next level — from the premium seafood spread, perfectly done carvings, chef’s signature dishes, to the desserts that made it impossible to stop at one round. Every station felt thoughtfully curated and beautifully presented.
But honestly, what made the experience truly unforgettable was the hospitality.
Chef William was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout the entire meal. You can genuinely feel the passion and pride he has for the dining experience he creates for guests. His friendliness, personal touch, and attention to detail made us feel more like invited guests than customers. Truly top-tier service and hospitality at its finest.
No wonder so many guests specifically commend Chef William for his exceptional guest service and memorable dining experiences.
