The sandwiches are tasty, however, they brought us the order after 45 minutes. Moreover, we asked to take the meals take away and part of the meals were missing

On Tuesday, 8 Tammuz 5775 (23.06.2026), we arrived straight from London for an activity with Sderot Municipality employees. We stopped to eat at the Angel branch in Jerusalem, and from the first moment we felt a real sense of home. We received a warm welcome, personal attention and a warm welcome that turned a simple meal into a special experience. We would like to especially thank Hagit, Simona and Sagi, who provided service from the heart, and we are sure that the rest of the staff, whom we did not get to know personally, are also people with a big heart and love for people. In a world where good service is no longer taken for granted, it is exciting to meet people who give from the heart. There is no doubt that we will return again – and not only because of the food, but mainly because of the people. It is worth going to Jerusalem for such treatment. Thank you very much! 🌹

Angel is a popular and industrial chain. But in the relatively new cafe they opened, they are trying to outdo themselves… The prices of the specialty chains (Mountains, Gefen, etc.) The products are nicely disguised, but the flavors are still industrial… I have to say that my husband thinks everything is delicious. And that I am being condescending. So apologies in advance.

I haven't encountered such service in a long time. What humanity, what amazing people. They treat every customer so pleasantly. A night guard from the area came in, and was treated with respect, care and concern. Wow. Not to mention what excellent food. Highly recommended.

Good atmosphere, professional employees, super professional service, attitude towards all customers. We even received pastries with our coffee as a treat. Fun atmosphere for a Friday afternoon.
