simply delicious and incredibly precise in what it does. Expect a line almost every time you come — so bring some patience — but it’s absolutely worth it. First there’s the queue to order, then a short wait for the food itself, but once the kebab arrives, you immediately understand the hype.
We had the kebab, and it was phenomenal. The flavor instantly brings back childhood memories for almost every Israeli. The seasoning is perfect — rich, balanced, and comforting without trying too hard. The pita comes stuffed with fried onions, tahini, and another sauce I couldn’t quite identify, plus salad and spicy sauce on the side.
There’s basically no seating, but honestly, these are the kind of sandwiches you devour within two minutes anyway. Everything feels very authentic. I loved that they don’t try to overcomplicate anything. The menu is literally written on the wall, the food is simple, focused, and executed perfectly.
Bottom line: a perfect experience. And the best part? The prices are fair, accessible, and completely justified — something that feels increasingly rare and genuinely appreciated today.
Fantastic food. Spicy beef sausage was wildly good. Their menu says they "sometimes" have crazy stuff like "sliced heart" and "brains". Idk about all that, but there was definitely a crowd of locals out the door when we got there. Legit.
This sandwich is just amazing. Super fresh. The taste from the grill makes it even better. This place is always busy so the imgredients are always fresh. If you are in Tel Aviv you must try it. The price is also good.
I had the spicy sausage. All the meat is chargrilled on a bbq. There’s always a bunch of people waiting outside & inside, in line. Worth the wait. Very special ingredients.
Note the blue tent on the outside because there is no signage outside. If it weren’t for the people waiting outside I would’ve missed it.
