NOLA American Bakery is ideal for breakfast, which is served all day. Given its popularity and tendency to be 'almost always packed,' visiting during off-peak hours might offer a more relaxed experience, though it's a great spot to start the day at any time.
I’ve been here several times for breakfast, but this was my first time having lunch.
The salmon pasta was absolutely fantastic! I also loved the warm Buffalo chicken salad. The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned with a slight peppery kick and the rice was cooked just right.
What I especially appreciated was that the salad was served warm. In most places, salads are usually served cold. And honestly, I haven’t had a salad this delicious anywhere else in Israel yet.
A huge thank you to the chef for such wonderful food!
I’d also like to give special recognition to the service. Max, thank you so much! We were welcomed with care and attention, which is unfortunately quite rare in Israel. It made our visit even more enjoyable.
I’m so happy I stopped by with my daughter. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
Really enjoyed my breakfast at NOLA. The food was delicious, it was fresh, well made, and exactly what you want in the morning. The coffee was great too, which for me is non negotiable at a breakfast spot.
What really stood out though was the staff, genuinely lovely people who made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. You could tell they actually care about the place and the people coming in.
The atmosphere was charming and cozy, the kind of spot where you want to linger over your coffee rather than rush out. Tel Aviv has no shortage of cafes and breakfast spots, but this one has a character of its own that sets it apart.
Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

We arrived excited for a classic American saturday brunch. Left disappointed.
Firstly, the only seating options were on the back patio, where there was no shade whatsoever, at 13:30 and 30°C, or inside on the high table: next to a food storage room, that has some sort of fence/metal net instead of a wall. Basically, we were sitting next to the ingredients they use, the bags of sugar and flour. Because of this, we were being sorrounded by fruit flies the entire time. At first it was one, then another, and when the food arrive, we had 20 flies flying around our table. It was unbearable. They were clearly coming from the food storage room.
Secondly, the food took like 40 minutes to arrive. We ordered a simple bagel and two bowls. We waited for so long and everything arrived cold.
Once we finished eating, we found a piece of hair on one of the bowls, it was hiding under the food. It was clearly not ours (does not match our hair color/length).
Lastly, the service overall was disappointing. We ordered the check and the waitress was not showing us the check itself, she just wanted to charge us and go. We asked and couldn’t even see the receipt and check that everything was ok, but we were so overwhelmed by everything that we just wanted to pay and leave.
It’s sad because the food is good, but the place it’s not worth the visit.

One of my favorite cafes in Tel Aviv. Breakfast is one of the best too find in town and so consistent. One of the best coffees that can be found. Desserts are a hit or miss but the food is excellent!
