For my birthday weekend I was treated to the Spa Retreat package at Laceby Manor Resort and it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay from start to finish. The staff were welcoming throughout, and our room was gorgeous — the tin bath on the balcony overlooking the pond was a special touch, and the whole place felt lovely and relaxed. The evening meal was delicious with a great atmosphere in the restaurant: not too loud, just nicely busy, and starting the evening with a drink by the fire was perfect.
After a great night’s sleep, breakfast was included the next morning and then we had four hours’ access to the spa, which felt calm, spacious and never overcrowded — plenty of room to unwind in the pools and relaxation ateas! We finished with a treatment and then we decided to add Sunday lunch to round off the weekend — the roast pork was superb, generous without being too heavy, and every element was spot on. Wines were reasonably priced, and every member of staff — spa and restaurant alike — made us feel welcome; I’d highly recommend it and we’ll definitely be returning.
Booked this for my 50th birthday and it was such a lovely little getaway. We stayed in one of the pods with a hot tub and honestly couldn’t fault it. The pod was very clean and had everything we needed including a fridge, microwave, kettle, plates, cutlery and glasses. Fresh towels were also provided which was a nice touch.
We ordered a pizza from there one evening which we collected and brought back to the pod,it was absolutely delicious 😋 They also provide a disposable BBQ stand, so we enjoyed a few BBQs during our stay too.
One of the best parts was relaxing in the hot tub while watching all the wildlife around us. We spotted robins, chaffinches, blue tits, crows, wood pigeons, jays and lots of squirrels. It’s such a peaceful and tranquil place to unwind and relax. A perfect stay and lovely memories made ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We came to Laceby Manor for our anniversary as we enjoy a spa break. This place was absolutely lovely. The place was very quiet and peaceful, not too busy. For the hotel we checked in at the spa and our room was overlooking a pond on the golf course. The rooms were very nice. Spacious, lovely big bed and bathroom. The only thing that would make the rooms better is it there was a fridge, and a bin in the main room, as there was only a bin in the bathroom so we had to keep going there.
The restaurant was good. Very nice food. Our evening meal service was quite slow and it took 50 minutes for our main to come out, and at all times there was no more than 12-14 of us all in the restaurant, so I don't know why it took so long, but the food did taste really good. We had the butternut squash pizza and rib eye steak. We also had the cherry Bakewell dessert which was delicious. Breakfast was also delicious, beautiful scrambled eggs, so yummy. My only critique for the oak room is that I feel like the vegetarian/vegan options on the evening meal menu is very weak, literally one option per section of the menu.
The spa was really nice. The staff properly show you around the facilities, talk everything through, and are always walking around. They are very helpful. The outdoor heated pool is great with a view of the golf course. The plunge pool is also a great experience. We had a 50 minutes treatment included in our package and we got the full time, and also a room to rest in for an hour if we wanted to. I had Lucy and she was great. Really enjoyed our treatments.
Overall, really happy with our spa break. It was really really nice and we are already planning when we can come back
We’ve just stayed at Laceby Manor for four nights and honestly, we are genuinely blown away.
The lodge was absolutely amazing, finished to a very high standard, and having our own sauna and hot tub was great. We made full use of the spa and had several treatments, including the spiced mud bath, spiced mud rasul, a facial and a couple of express treatments - every single one was amazing.
A special shout-out to Janessa, who did my facial - her technique was unreal. Also, all of the staff in the spa were incredible. The customer service was outstanding, especially from Kyle, one of the spa hosts. She looked after us so well and truly went over and above.
The food in the Oak Room was amazing, and once again the customer service from all the staff was absolutely faultless.
We regularly go on spa breaks, but Laceby Manor will now be our go-to. We loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back.
We stayed at Laceby Manor - on West Park (part of the 4 p. lodge - Luxury Boutique Retreat Spa units)
Really enjoyed our stay (2 Adults and 2 children) - hot tub and Sauna. Very well equipped lodge and lovely surroundings. We stayed in a Pet Free lodge.
It was a really hot weekend so the lodge does get very hot - may benefit on some kind of fans being available but we enjoyed our stay. Not much around to do but nice to chill around the lodge. Cleethorpes wasn’t too far (20mins) and there was a SPAR/ Greggs/ Morrisons close by. Will become again!
