Huge, huge, huge potential. Went to dinner 2 times, breakfast maybe 10 times and also stayed 2 nights. It’s great to see high end standards in Tel-Aviv. We travel a lot staying usually at Six Senses, Mandarin Oriental or similar level hotels and have been missing something similar in our home town Tel Aviv. The property is magnificent, you can’t see how beautiful it is from the street but once you walk inside it’s truly amazing, need to see it to understand. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious, clean, spacious and with attention to detail. Service overall is great but could be more consistent, with some of the staff not being on the same standards as others. Rooftop has a very small pool but with truly incredible tranquility and uniqueness, tasteful and high end - Wish it was bigger, 4-6 people and it already feels crowded though, would make more sense for this to be a penthouse suite private pool. Food is unique and very high quality. Drink selection, excellent. My concern is that with time this place would be come more “popularized”, dropping standards, pricing and quality - But if instead more training and tighter standards will be introduced this could be one of the best places to stay in the middle east. As a final note I believe a more personalized service/follow up/retention process should be introduced if you have clients that came as paying guests 10++ not sparing any expenses. Best of luck and love your place!
