A Visual and Culinary Dream, but Service Just Needs Fine-Tuning Loved our stay at this stunning hotel! The design, suite terrace, comfortable bed, and welcoming reception team were top-tier. The café serves phenomenal food -the kitchen is undeniably talented. However, the service experience felt mismatched with the quality of the property. Service at the café was very slow and disorganized (delayed orders, timing issues), and minor details around staff awareness (like elevator etiquette) need attention. It’s a "wow" property overall with massive potential, and with proper staff training in the coming months, it will easily be a 5-star experience across the board.

Well I am not sure how to describe it but lets start, The hotel by its self is nice but nothing more, the room is classic designed but the cleaning was pretty pure, we had an old towel in the bathroom from the previous guests. The facilities are also not perfect especially if you are coming in the weekend, the elevator is Shabat elevator and there is only one, something that they didn’t tell us when we talked in advance. The food is nice we ate only breakfast twice, would I tell you it was great? No, I was sure in Machneyeuda hotel the breakfast would be amazing. Yes the service of Moshe and Emma was really good, in total we were little disappointed

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, and Ruth, who helped us with check-in, was absolutely amazing—very welcoming and helpful. The food was also great, and we really enjoyed it. The only downside was that the room could have been cleaner, and a few amenities were missing. With a little more attention to these details, the stay would have been perfect. Overall, we had a very good experience and would recommend the hotel.

We highly recommend The Ramban Hotel. A true boutique hotel in a perfect, central location. The hotel staff, led by Doron, the CEO,go above and beyond to provide guests with a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and personally escorted to our room. The rooms are beautifully designed, featuring a balcony, a luxurious shower, a coffee machine, and stunning d?cor. The hotel itself is filled with beautiful vintage items that add unique charm. Breakfast was delicious and indulgent, and dinner at the Zazeria restaurant was absolutely excellent, with a wonderful atmosphere. A perfect hospitality experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with good people who do their best to accommodate every possible need, including going the extra mile when it comes to allergies. Had the best time and would definitely recommend. Also, if you’re debating which dessert to eat- go for the white corn ice cream. Delicious.
