We dined @ Sauvage on Jan 18, 2026. What a delightful find! My husband surprised me with this birthday outing. I had read about Sauvage in an AMA magazine. It is an outstanding adventure with an indescribable tasting menu of foraged ingredients, ethically sourced. We enjoyed the “Hibernus” Hunter Variation. Each of the seven courses paired perfectly with Canadian (many Okanagan) wines. William proved to be a confident; expert sommelier of the wines and the very personable Maria made each course a storytelling adventure. We spent three incredible hours savoring each bite. Where else could you experience a pine cambrium flour brioche with saskatoon berry agrodolce and whipped smoked brown butter? What a delightful experience. Highly recommend for those with a discerning and appreciative palate. We will definitely tell the world about this place and be back soon!
Had a romantic getaway and was recommended to do the hunters tasting Menu.
Did not disappoint! We even met the amazing chef who shared her passion of foraging and using only Canadian products. Would recommend for that special mountain getaway - but be prepared for the bill (well worth it for the quality and passion of the cooking)
Must have reservations as there is limited seating.
The staff were very knowledgable and friendly - absolutely helped us plan our food adventure during our trip.
We visited on our honeymoon trip and are absolutely blown away. The tasting menu was absolutely amazing, perfectly curated dishes for the season. You can tell there is so much thought that goes into each dish, the chef even forages the mushrooms and ingredients for the tea! This was such a unique and memorable experience! And the service was just as amazing. Highly recommend for anyone celebrating something or just having a fun date night.
Legitimately the best meal I've ever had in my life. The tasting menu was so thoughtfully crafted and everything was so well prepared and presented. The sablefish just melted in your mouth, I still can't stop thinking about it! Such a great atmosphere and great service! Would highly recommend for your next celebration!
