I went to this gym to work out. I wanted to get a day pass. When I arrived at the gym, there was nobody at the front desk. I waited there for several minutes and eventually some girl came wandering around the corner looking very lazy and unwelcoming. I asked her politely if I could buy a day pass and she said that her credit card machine was not working and the only way for me to do it was to pay cash. I thought this was very strange. She was unfriendly, dismissive. As a potential new monthly customer, she expressed zero desire to sell me on the gym or even make it seem like a place where I would feel somewhat welcome. Zero effort. Then I said that I was just gonna leave and she didn’t even say anything. She just walked away back from the front desk to wherever she was standing and talking to her friends around the corner. This was the absolute worst service I’ve ever gotten at a gym and there is no chance I will ever join this gym. The gym looked decent. It was pretty small. I am very unimpressed and I suggest that management discusses with the shorter brunette girl who was working there on Wednesday February 18 at 5:30 PM to correct the attitude that she works with. I do not recommend this gym at all, the vibes and the energy was way off.
This gym is the best in the area. Spacious, clean, lots of mirrors, and has signal. The downside is how expensive it is comparing to other gyms in tel aviv.
My experience with Holmes Place gym was unfortunately marred by a significant waiting time for registration assistance. Despite my anticipation, no one came to assist me. This lack of prompt service was disappointing and affected my overall impression of the gym. I hope they address this issue to ensure a smoother registration process for future visitors.
WORST customer service I ever experienced. Had to persecute them to call me back just to inform me of the prices and start the gym. I even went to the gym myself (5km away from my place) after three days waiting and they wouldn’t even tell me in person because I had to wait for someone to call me. STUPIDLY RIDICULOUS service.
Trust me that if there were minus starts I would -5
I visited only the gym, cannot comment the pool. The gym was amazing, however; reasonably priced 1-week subscription gives you access to a spacious gym, with all kinds of training equipment and machines, wide and clean locker room and showers (with ideal water temperature / pressure and full soap dispensers), and an amazing sauna. A few machines seemed a bit dated / worn down, but nevertheless everything was completely functional. The staff was most kind and welcoming (a special shout-out to the personal trainers, who make everyone here feel at home!).
Also, amazing crowd and vibe. Especially for a gay guy, this place must not be missed. Really, my main complaint is that I didn't visit this gym the first day I arrived in TLV ;)
