Reviewing the tasting menu. First I'd like to point out that they utilize good ingredients ,real wasabi, good fish and truffles. The were some amazing dishes - mostly the soups. Over the different courses we got mostly fish dishes with additions. My real problem is that when you add truffle or mayo based sauces to delicate fish ,the fish gets lost. It happened time and time again, half of the dishes have had an overpowering sauce or ingredient which made the fish irrelevant. I know it is fusion ,but anyone who understands Japanese cusine knows that less is more ,you got to let the main ingredient shine.

Service was pleasant but too slow. The food was good and had thought in it, but wasn't as good as you would expect from a chef's restaurant. The fish were really fresh, in high quality. The sauces were interesting and included different flavors and ingredients. The ratings are given compared to other places with similar prices.

Beautiful place with great vibe. The food was a tlrollercoasters , some dishes innovative and brilliant while others just not. I profoundly think the chef has a great potential , he needs to get some knowledge from proper masters in Japan

One of the best restaurants in TLV! The fish are fresh and delicious. The food is sophisticated and tasty. Every meal is special and the flavors are just wow. The bartender was a bit of a jerk but the food made up for it. The tasting manu was a real delight, we will definitely come back for more.
