Went with the server’s recommended cocktail and enjoyed it. Paired with the music and general atmosphere, The Eighth is a must try for those who may be curious! They recently opened and I’m impressed with the level care that the team has demonstrated.
Had a great evening at The Eighth! Atmosphere was relaxed and we were able to have a conversation because the music was the perfect volume. Drinks were delicious - highly recommend their rum sour aka Lost In Time.
Amazing drinks and food! The staff and bartenders were so kind and gave great suggestions on what to try. Loved the atmosphere and really appreciated how it wasn’t too loud inside. We were not disappointed and can’t wait to go back!
The drinks and service were good. I would return. However, the bouncer was odd. When my friend went up to him he mumbled. When asked to repeat himself, he was rude. He said we needed a reservation. We made one quickly since there were open times online. Once inside, it’s pretty empty. Why need a reservation?
Everything exemplary! The design of the space, plating, and drinks are second only to execution. Comfortable, delicious, sublime. The service embodies kindness and a welcome energy that is only available to those who create an environment for it. I will be back. Proud to show off another gem of NYC
