We had a truly wonderful stay at COMO The Halkin.
The hotel is located on a very quiet street, which made it incredibly peaceful. We couldn’t hear any noise from nearby restaurants at all. At the same time, it’s very conveniently located, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés just a short walk away.
The bedding was extremely comfortable, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches for our 5-year-old daughter. The hotel prepared a small bed, kids’ toiletries, and even a teddy bear for her. She absolutely loved it.
The bathroom was also excellent, with great water pressure and perfectly controlled temperature. Breakfast was of a very high standard as well.
A special thank you to Pammy, who took such great care of us. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We hope to see her again on our next visit.
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
This was our second stay at this hotel, and we truly loved it once again,One of the main reasons is the location — it is situated on a quiet street right next to Hyde Park, surrounded by embassies, which made us feel very safe throughout our stay. There are also many excellent restaurants nearby, while the hotel’s own breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner were all absolutely delicious.
What made this experience especially memorable was the kindness and patience of the hotel staff. During the entire week we stayed here, every staff member went out of their way to help us in so many thoughtful ways. They also prepared wonderful surprises for our child every day — different themed artworks in the room, along with small gifts that brought so much joy. Thanks to all these beautiful moments, our child now has such a warm and happy impression of London.
A very special thank you to Ms. Pam for her care and kindness, and thank you to the entire team as well. We truly hope to see you again in the future.
We are currently staying in Suite 408, and everything has been excellent. The hotel is modern and cosy, the suite is extremely comfortable, and the minibar offers a great selection. Service throughout has been attentive and detail-oriented.

We also tried the food in the restaurant. The steak was fabulous and cooked exactly to our preferences. The waiters were polite and professional. Breakfast is also of high quality, and the waitresses were super nice and helpful.
The concierge team approached us prior to our stay and made some excellent recommendations for food and transportation. They also suggested a nearby tennis court and kindly offered tennis rackets, along with assistance with the booking. A fabulous approach from the concierge team.

I had a lovely breakfast at COMO The Halkin. From arrival, the staff were warm and attentive, and I was promptly shown to the restaurant.
Deborah was especially kind and thoughtful , and it was a pleasure to discover we are both from Singapore. She and Morris made the visit feel particularly welcoming.
The breakfast was excellent — the coconut waffles were a highlight. Kudos to the chef! I would highly recommend dining here.
