UMAMI Plant Based

Super tasty! Their ramen is incredibly rich and full-bodied, which I absolutely love! I personally always prefer thick, deeply flavored broths over lighter ones. I go often and usually order the same thing because it’s — in my opinion — the best of the best: the Tantanmen ramen (an absolute must!) and the jackfruit bao (bloody amazing!). It never disappoints! 🫶 The mushroom ramen is also excellent, and I’ve tried most of their other starters as well — I really liked the kimchi croquetas and can’t wait to try their baozi (which, unfortunately, I’ve never seen on the menu when I’ve been). It’s also a great place for people who aren’t necessarily vegetarian (like myself). All the meat-eaters I’ve brought along have loved it, as every bowl is packed with texture and flavor. And some have even said it was their favorite ramen (mine too!). Can't say too much about the desserts, as I always prioritize having a starter, but you can really tell that Mike and the rest of the team put a lot of passion into creating all their dishes.
