Food was very good, but you have to be very careful, tea is 48 shekels, no kidding. No warning was given. We spent over 200 shekels per person so it's no big deal but because I've never paid more than 16 shekels for a cup of tea I had to write it. You feel like scammed at the end of the meal which is a pitty because the Varenikes were excellent and the atmosphere is great.
It was family dinner celebrating birthday. So 3 generations of the family on the same table. As staff managed to service kids food on time and thought about drinks for grownups, I clearly can say service was just as a expected from a fancy restaurant.
Food on the other hand, it was nice, not great, from such famous and expensive place I’m expecting to be extraordinarily. Solyanka soup was dull, i can clearly prepare such myself, octopus portion you can see, tasty but i would expect bigger portion for 180 NIS (60$) pasta for kids was not that great.
Wines and atmosphere is clearly covering on experience. So after all, good place to come for some special occasions. Keep in mind parking is terrible in the area, but this is nothing to do with the restaurant.
Super nice place right next to the beach
The restaurant has a very cozy European atmosphere
Service was professional
The food was excellent!
Shrimp dish was very flavorful - I recommend ordering the bread and dip it in the sauce
Salmon was tasty, the small potato pie was on point!
Borscht soup was well balanced and had great flavor - you can feel it was cooked for a long time
Same with the beef stew - so rich, just delicious
Pilmani was so soft - like eating a meat cloud
I think I found my new favorite place near the beach!
The restaurant keeps getting better through the years.
The food is pretty good, the vibe is great and the service quality level is very high.
One issue for improvement though: When making a reservation by phone, please indicate that you intend to seat the guests outside, especially in mid-January, in order for the guests to dress accordingly, at the least.
Great food, great atmosphere. The garden and the vibe is fantastic. Prices are very high, much higher than average so it's more 'special' type of place (dinner for 3, which consisted mainly of appetizers (only 1 main course) plus dessert was almost 600 shekels.
Was it good - yes. Was it worth the price - thats iffy.
