Went for the bacon cheeseburger and honestly it's hard to fault it. The patty is thick, well seasoned and cooked with a proper crust on it — you can tell the quality of the beef straight away. The cheese is melted perfectly and the bacon adds that smoky hit that takes it over the edge. Bun holds up too, which not every burger place gets right.
The loaded fries were dangerous — covered in sauce and incredibly moreish. We demolished them embarrassingly fast.
Washed it all down with a Square Root Iced Tea Lemonade which was a great shout — light, refreshing and cuts right through the richness of the burger.
Simple, no-nonsense burgers done properly. No gimmicks, just really good quality food. Bleecker knows what it's good at and doesn't try to overcomplicate it. Will 100% be back. 🍔
Really enjoyed the experience at Bleecker Burger on Tooley Street. The burgers were excellent, packed with flavour, and clearly made with quality ingredients.
Service was quick and friendly, and the location next to London Bridge makes it a perfect casual stop when in the area. I was staying at The Dixon hotel which was just around the corner. Definitely one of the better burgers in London.
Wow, what a place. Had seen all the reviews and videos and being a wary northerner couldn’t believe this place was as good as it had been reported. Well let me tell you something, it’s better! Such a small and simple menu, burger, fries and shakes but this isn’t some back street place, this is a place where what they do matters and it is so obvious. I have eaten all over the world and in Michelin starred restaurants and that burger is as close to perfection as you can get. Not only that these guys are humble as. So glad we took the walk from borough market which on the flip side didn’t live up to the hype, not all bloggers are to be trusted! The only downside is we live 250 miles away so can only dream of this burger till the time comes again! I won’t say to much more about the food other than you need to go and you need to eat it. If you have ever watched the Disney film ratatouille and know the scene where the critique eats the food and it transports him to being a chile eating it for the first time, this was the same experience for me and my wife.
A decent and tasty burger, simple and not too greasy. There’s a lot of hype around this brand, but waiting 30 minutes for a table isn’t really worth it. That said, we did enjoy the food very much.
Went here and the service was very good and the server recommend the black and white shake to me and I quite liked it. The buger was tender and juicy and overall very impressive over all i would give it a 10! Vinod serves us with a big smile and great attitude. Great food and service, highly recommend the double bacon cheeseburger!
