I am a huge fan of Thomas Keller who is the first chef in American history to have 2 Michelin star restaurants simultaneously. I have been lucky enough to eat at the French Laundry in the past and plan to eat at his NYC one when I get the chance. For this occasion I was visiting Vegas for my birthday weekend so I chose Bouchon because this is one of the three Keller restaurants that I have not been to yet. It’s located in the Venetian on the ground floor in a beautiful setting. The dining room is very large with high ceilings and the tables are fairly spread apart, which was really nice. Our server was extremely polite and everything that we ordered arrived fairly quickly.
Pricing here is a little steep, but you do get great quality food in return. I started off with the Salad Lyonnaise and thought it was absolutely fantastic. It was one of the better ones that I’ve had in a long time and I even had other versions of it during this same trip and this one beat all of those. I followed that with the Eye of the Rib and thought it had a great flavor, but for $105 it was a very small portion and it took me about 7 or 8 bites to finish it. It did have amazing flavors, I just think that it was a bit steep price wise for the limited portion you get in return. Overall though I would highly recommend this restaurant and would stop in again next time I’m in Vegas.
Bouchon was everything we were hoping for in a special Las Vegas dinner.
From the warm, attentive service to the beautiful atmosphere, every part of the experience felt thoughtful and refined. We started with a lovely French wine and the escargot, which my husband said was the best he’s ever had. The tableside bread service was another standout—fresh, warm, and impossible to stop eating.
The highlight of the evening was the famous roast chicken, which takes three days to prepare. After one bite, we could absolutely tell. It was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned, and honestly some of the best chicken I’ve ever had. If you’re dining here, the escargot and the chicken are must-orders.
What really elevated the experience was the service. Every member of the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making our evening memorable.
In a city filled with flashy dining options, Bouchon stands out by simply doing everything exceptionally well. The food, wine, service, and atmosphere all exceeded our expectations, and we left already talking about when we’d come back. A truly wonderful dining experience.

I love coming to Bouchon. It is consistently one of my favorite spots, and today’s meal was no exception.
Why I highly recommend it:
The Food: Everything is incredibly fresh. The smoked salmon was high-quality, the berries were perfectly ripe, and the bread (the Epi baguette) is always a highlight—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The Service: The staff is very friendly and professional. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.
The Atmosphere: It has that classic, welcoming bistro feel that makes any meal feel special.

It was just brunch at Bouchon—but it was so much more! It was a full experience from the table setting to the waiters! 🥖
It’s definitely a modern French cuisine and incredibly delicious. 😋
The waiters bring bread to the table and just set it down on the table cloth —LOVE! It’s paired with hella delicious butter and berry jam 😋😍
My boyfriend and I split the Steak Pané which is a top pick for Bouchon! We devoured every bite and even were regretting sharing!! 😂
It is highly recommended to order a croissant 🥐 obviously! We chose a raspberry cream filled…wow so delicious we ordered another one to go!
The atmosphere makes the whole experience well rounded, with white & black chairs and French accents to the decor. Very elegant, I mean you drink water out of wine glasses… who wouldn’t love that…??? 🍷
This will be a restaurant we visit every time we are in vegas 🙌

Stopped here for dinner (with reservation) before a show. This is a great French Bistro by Keller with warm service and lovely ambiance. The drink was pretty good, so was the starter - which was a special cheese and honeycomb with crostinis. The Steak Frites was incredible, and the dessert - the Creme Brûlée was one of the best i've had.
